Customer Love Team Leader - 12 Month FTC - Remote

Overview

We are searching for an outgoing, hardworking, all-around great communicator and leader who cares passionately about the experience that our customers receive to cover the Team Leader role for 12 months.

In Short

• Coordinate real-time management of the frontline operation.
• Supervise and coach the Customer Love team.
• Manage team scheduling and productivity levels.
• Provide weekly updates and reporting on progress towards goals.
• Act as an escalation point for difficult cases.
• Motivate the team and uphold company culture and values.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Represent Customer Love in cross-departmental meetings.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Ability to provide guidance and support to team members.
• Initiative to improve customer experience.
• Strong team morale and motivation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data reporting.
• Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Good numerical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
