Overview

The Middle Market Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for generating, maintaining, and deepening relationships with Middle-Market clients with annual revenue in excess of $40 Million.

In Short

  • Develop new loan, deposit, and fee revenue from Middle-Market clients.
  • Analyze financial data and structure complex credit transactions.
  • Manage existing client relationships and conduct periodic reviews.
  • Cross-sell bank products including private wealth.
  • Ensure strong credit quality within the assigned portfolio.
  • Comply with all bank policies and regulations.
  • Utilize existing professional network to drive new business.
  • Make independent decisions within the bank's loan policies.
  • Perform duties under frequent time pressures.
  • Education and experience required include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Commercial Banking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Banking.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret numerical data.
  • Strong credit knowledge and business acumen.
  • Formal credit training preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to develop new business from prospects.
  • Ability to solve complex problems.
