Commercial Loan Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Loan Coordinator is responsible for maintaining data integrity of customer and loan information, collaborating with Relationship Managers, and managing loan requests within the Bank’s loan origination system.

• Ensure data integrity in loan applications and product packages.
• Collaborate with sales leaders on loan requests and renewals.
• Act as a liaison between commercial lending departments.
• Manage annual renewals and new loan requests.
• Complete daily processes and maintain reporting tasks.
• Interact with clients to gather necessary documents.
• Review closed loan packages for compliance.
• Assist in processing daily overdrafts as needed.
• Provide backup support for other Loan Coordinators.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• 2+ years of related banking experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking systems.
• Able to multi-task and work independently.
• Ability to handle time pressures and interruptions.
• Problem-solving skills in non-standard situations.
