Overview

The Jr. Loan Coordinator will review incoming files, complete order-outs, and be a supportive team member to ensure that other teammates can focus effectively on their primary responsibilities.

• Monitor App Submissions and set up Encompass files.
• Perform thorough reviews of applications and documents.
• Obtain necessary documents for the Loan Team.
• Ensure accuracy of all order outs and documents.
• Maintain a tracker for all files to avoid oversight.

Requirements

• US Mortgage Industry Experience: Required.
• Order Out Experience: Required.
• Encompass Experience: Preferred.
• Familiarity with office applications.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Team player with resourcefulness and urgency.
