Requirements

• Associates degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Retail Security and Loss Prevention.
• Experience with incident investigation and crisis management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between distribution sites as needed.
• Flexible hours to support a 24/7 operation.
• Physical ability to perform on-the-floor activities.
• Exceptional associate engagement and team motivation skills.
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data effectively.
