Overview

The Agent, Asset Protection is responsible for executing Asset Protection initiatives across multiple stores, focusing on shortage reduction and safety compliance.

In Short

• Execute Asset Protection initiatives in assigned locations.
• Partner with local management to achieve strategic objectives.
• Participate in training store associates on Asset Protection.
• Conduct operational audits and assessments.
• Monitor controls and conduct surveillance for theft prevention.
• Investigate inventory and cash loss incidents.
• Support Organized Retail Crime investigations.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work nights, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

• 4-year degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Asset Protection or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate situations and make timely decisions.
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation.
• Preferred Wicklander - Zulawski training in interviewing.
• Must fulfill physical requirements including standing and walking.
