Maintenance Technician III - Remote

Overview

As a Burlington Maintenance Lead Technician, you will be a key technical subject matter expert ensuring high equipment availability rates through preventive and predictive maintenance processes, troubleshooting equipment breakdowns, and restoring equipment to service.

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical/mechanical aspects of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Collaborate with other technicians to solve complex problems.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for equipment failures.
• Act as a technical trainer for maintenance technicians.
• Utilize handheld devices for work order management.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure a safe work environment.
• Develop work plans for emergency repairs.
• Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of various equipment.
• Handle multiple projects with urgency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years’ experience in Mechanical or Electrical maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent PC competency.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with wiring diagrams and electrical measuring.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical, controls, and electronics.
• Experience with PLC programs and Material Handling Equipment safety standards.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot Input/Output functions.
