Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at BuildOps, you will be a technical subject matter expert, collaborating with the Account Executive team to articulate the company's value proposition and ensure technical alignment with customers and partners.

  • Effective communication with customers and internal partners.
  • Own pre-sales technical support from initial contact to close.
  • Craft value-based presentations for customers.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet project milestones.

Requirements

  • 3+ years sales engineering experience and/or specific construction/service industry expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems, or CS.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of solving complex problems.
  • Experience working with sales teams preferred.
  • Effective communication with external customers and internal partners.
