In Short

• Contribute to and drive the roadmap for our Project Management domain.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and validate solutions.
• Streamline project workflows and provide insights to avoid slippage and delays.
• Challenge traditional approaches and conceptualize cutting-edge solutions with AI and ML.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
• Communicate priorities and feature releases company-wide.
• Own CSAT and feature adoption KPIs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on the construction industry.
• Familiarity with construction project management.
• Experience in a technical environment with basic SQL skills.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for product decisions.
