Requirements

• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding support.
• Technical expertise with experience in Bash scripting, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Golang.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating across remote teams.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Proactive and autonomous in problem-solving.
