Technical Representative - East France (Temporary) - Remote

Overview

The Technical Representative for East France is responsible for maintaining customer relationships and providing technical service support to ensure the sustainability and profitability of paper technology customers.

• Manage accounts focusing on positive operating profits.
• Maintain good relations with customers.
• Liaise with customers' teams to meet their requirements.
• Perform daily, weekly, monthly sampling and laboratory tests.
• Conduct inspections on dosing equipment.
• Perform basic installation of dosing equipment.
• Conduct shock dosing of various chemistries.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Calibrate pumps and monitoring equipment.
• Conduct routine surveys of treated systems.

Requirements

• Technical education and bachelor’s degree in chemistry desired.
• 2-3 years related experience in the paper industry.
• Market knowledge in Packaging and Tissue.
• Technical knowledge in Packaging and Tissue.
• Financial knowledge.
• Available for quick interventions (1-2 hours).
• High energy and drive.
• Valid driving license.
• Computer skills.
• Dynamic, confident, and motivated with strong communication skills.
