AR Deductions Analyst - Remote

Overview

The AR Deductions Analyst will be responsible for managing and resolving customer deductions, chargebacks, and disputes to ensure accurate and timely cash application.

• Investigate and resolve deductions related to trade promotions and pricing discrepancies.
• Validate and document claims with internal teams and customers.
• Challenge unauthorized deductions by preparing disputes.
• Partner with the AR team for accurate cash application.
• Maintain and analyze deduction aging reports.
• Recommend process enhancements for deduction resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related finance roles.
• Proficiency in Netsuite ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
