Overview

The Implementation Delivery Lead will play a crucial role in helping bswift meet and exceed client expectations by leveraging best-in-class benefits administration software and services.

In Short

• Act as a technical expert in implementation meetings.
• Manage client expectations and communicate effectively.
• Consult clients on best practices for system and process changes.
• Recommend system enhancements based on client needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of services with other teams.
• Identify project risks and alert the implementation lead.
• Own multiple implementation areas including system configuration and testing.
• Coach Implementation Analysts on deliverables.
• Resolve client inquiries regarding system gaps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of client relationship and implementation experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to maintain relationships with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
