As a Senior Account Manager at Bryant Park Consulting, you will play a crucial role in driving the transformation and success of our customers by partnering with them to achieve their strategic objectives.

In Short

  • Maintain regular contact with executives and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct business reviews and develop strategic plans.
  • Build and maintain a client roadmap for business priorities.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to manage and grow accounts.
  • Lead sales opportunities through strategic selling and negotiation.
  • Qualify opportunities with functional knowledge of key business processes.
  • Engage with Solution Architecture team for effective solutions.
  • Manage customer escalations and coordinate resolutions.
  • Assist with marketing efforts including events and webinars.
  • Track pipeline and forecast reporting.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of quota-bearing sales experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in NetSuite solution architecture.
  • Top-notch organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Keen analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interact with C-Suite and Senior Leadership.
