Experience: At least 8 years in backend development
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems

Requirements

8+ years of meaningful industry experience
Build, monitor, and maintain a large-scale production system
Experience with server-side programming in Node.JS or Python
Strong experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures
Solid understanding of software design patterns and principles
Experience with MongoDB (or other NoSQL databases)
Experience in building RESTful APIs
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team
