Overview

The Territory Manager is responsible for driving Brooks product sales and growth within their designated specialty accounts within a specific territory, managing sell-in and sell-thru aspects of business across various categories.

In Short

  • Drive product sales and growth within designated accounts.
  • Manage seasonal sell-in and in-season sell-through.
  • Collaborate with sales management to meet strategic sales goals.
  • Analyze backlog goals for footwear, apparel, and accessories.
  • Manage inventory levels and monitor sell-through percentages.
  • Develop monthly business reviews for territory health feedback.
  • Influence stakeholders for seasonal brand initiatives.
  • Lead seasonal product presentations.
  • Develop account relationships through grassroots events.
  • Travel to accounts and attend tradeshows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience required.
  • Experience with footwear and apparel sales preferred.
  • Specialty retail (running) experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Data Cube, Dynamics CRM, and Tableau preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Keen attention to detail in planning and execution.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% during peak season.
