Overview

The Territory Manager is responsible for driving Brooks product sales and growth within their designated specialty accounts within a specific territory.

  • Generate strong and consistent growth results against annual goals.
  • Drive product sales within designated specialty accounts.
  • Manage seasonal sell-in and in-season sell-through.
  • Work within the greater Raleigh, North Carolina area.
  • Collaborate with accounts to enhance product visibility.
  • Analyze sales data to inform strategy.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Brooks brand.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or territory management.
  • Strong understanding of retail and specialty accounts.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for the running and outdoor industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Brooks products is a plus.
