Overview

As a Patient Enrollment Representative, you will be the first point of contact for individuals eligible for Brook’s Remote Care Program, helping them navigate their healthcare journey from home.

In Short

  • Make outbound and follow-up calls to eligible patients.
  • Educate patients on program benefits and enrollment processes.
  • Use conversational and empathetic communication.
  • Document call outcomes accurately.
  • Meet or exceed daily targets for outreach and enrollments.
  • Must reside in Orange County or Los Angeles, CA.
  • 1+ years of experience in a phone-based role required.
  • Willingness to attend periodic in-person trainings.
  • Flexibility for occasional weekends based on business needs.
  • Bonus for sales experience in healthcare or financial services.

Requirements

  • Clear, compassionate, and confident verbal communication.
  • Ability to build trust with patients.
  • Basic computer skills and multitasking ability.
  • Strong time management and dependable attendance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to follow HIPAA protocols.
  • Experience with CRMs or call tracking systems preferred.
