Account Manager for Commercial Landscaping - Remote

Overview

The Account Manager is the primary contact for clients, building long-term relationships that foster client satisfaction and retention, while ensuring quality service.

• Identify and pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services to clients.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for clients.
• Ensure timely delivery of designs and bids for projects.
• Generate referrals from existing clients.
• Maintain long-term client relationships.
• Perform site walkthroughs to ensure quality service.
• Resolve client issues as needed.
• Ensure account renewals.
• Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager.
• Support hiring and training of field crews.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and management in the landscaping industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach and foster teamwork.
