Commercial Account Manager - Remote

Overview

The Commercial Account Manager at Acrisure will support the team by marketing accounts, negotiating with underwriters, and utilizing creative strategies to retain clients and generate agency revenue.

• Prepare marketing submissions and communicate updates effectively.
• Identify and leverage marketing resources.
• Negotiate optimal coverage and pricing with underwriters.
• Prepare proposals for the sales team.
• Maintain client relationships and provide consulting services.
• Ensure accurate client and policy information management.
• Provide mentorship to team members.
• Assist in cross-selling and account rounding.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret insurance documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance (5+ years).
• Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Background in Hospitality or Hotel Industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
