Brightspeed is seeking a Senior Manager of Operational Support to develop strategies and processes for centralized operations in Engineering and Construction, enhancing customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in fiber engineering and construction.
  • Experience with facility engineering and network deployments.
  • Knowledge of engineering and construction systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Process improvement mindset.
  • Ability to motivate teams and work under pressure.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Program/Project Management experience.
