Overview

Brightspeed is seeking a Pricing & Offer Management Analyst to drive the development, execution, and optimization of our fiber and value-added services pricing and promotions strategy.

In Short

• Develop and manage pricing and promotional strategies for fiber and value-added services.
• Evaluate competitive intelligence and market pricing trends.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities.
• Build business cases to quantify financial impacts of pricing changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective pricing implementation.
• Utilize SQL and Excel for data analysis and modeling.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Support the development of contract terms and offer templates.
• Maintain strong governance practices to minimize risks.
• Work in a hybrid remote/office environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in pricing or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel-based modeling.
• Ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience in telecom preferred.
