Overview

As a Pillar Support Lead at Brightspeed, you will support the execution of initiatives, track progress, and communicate with the Transformation Office to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

  • Support the Rapid Response team in troubleshooting.

  • Navigate Brightspeed's organization effectively.
  • Contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, or similar field.
  • Experience in telecommunications industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to think ahead and identify challenges.
  • Familiarity with tools and data sources at Brightspeed.
