Brightspeed is looking for a Manager, Network Operations to lead a team responsible for the activation, maintenance, and optimization of broadband and Ethernet networks, ensuring operational excellence.

In Short

• Oversee broadband and Ethernet network operations.
• Manage activation and augmentation activities.
• Ensure accurate execution of network grooming and upgrades.
• Provide monthly reports on team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in network operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of broadband and Ethernet protocols.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with operational reporting tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
