Senior Manager/Director, Digital Growth (Website/SEO) - Remote

Overview

Brightline brings virtual and in-person behavioral and mental health care to families, when and where they need it. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager or Director, Digital Growth (Website/SEO). In this role, you will own end-to-end website and SEO strategy and execution and be responsible for growing the traffic and new users that come from our presence on organic search. You will design and implement strategies to increase organic traffic, optimize high-performing pages, collaborate with key stakeholders, and leverage data insights to drive continuous improvement.

• Develop and execute comprehensive Website and SEO strategies to drive organic growth and new member acquisition.
• Manage all Brightline and Brightlife Kids brand strategy for website and SEO.
• Gain a deep understanding of Brightline’s member experience and marketing engagement efforts.
• Expertise in organic growth to craft innovative strategies.
• Develop a comprehensive Website and SEO roadmap and manage budgets effectively.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Data teams to implement regular tests and pilots.
• Source high-impact keywords for various content needs.
• Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related discipline.
• Deep understanding of SEO tools and principles.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems.
• Expertise in crafting and optimizing SEO-driven content.
• Proficiency in compiling and presenting web analytics data.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms and trends.
