Behavioral Health Coach - Remote

Welcome to Brightline! We are searching for a Behavioral Health Coach. At Brightline, our coaches partner with caregivers, children and teens in a structured and compassionate setting. Through our established programs, they teach valuable skills to increase coping strategies and reduce tough behaviors, and our coaches are available over chat to provide ongoing support. This is a great opportunity to join an expert care team, receive training, and support towards your development of your coaching career.

In Short

• 1:1 coach care delivery via video sessions and asynchronous chat.
• Support families in clinical services as a liaison with care providers.
• Help members navigate content and triage into different services.
• Collaborate to develop and deliver impactful education to families.

Requirements

• Must work peak hours M-F 12pm-8pm PST.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish preferred.
• Masters degree in a psychology related field or equivalent experience.
• 1 year experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience working with children, youth or families.
• Experience with CBT, motivational interviewing, and SMART goal setting.
