Welcome to Brightline! We are searching for a People Business Partner Director, Care Teams to serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to Brightline’s Care leadership and member-facing teams. This role will develop people strategies that enable organizational growth and exceptional care delivery at scale.

In Short

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Care leaders and people managers.
• Design, implement, and scale people programs tailored to clinical teams.
• Lead organizational design and change management efforts.
• Implement strategies to strengthen culture and enhance employee experience.
• Create and ensure compliant policies and practices.
• Leverage people data to identify trends and assess team health.
• Partner with Care Operations and Finance to connect HR data with operational metrics.
• Establish trust and coach leadership at various levels.
• Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Support mergers and acquisitions as needed.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel to New York and California.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field and/or HR certification.
• 10+ years of HR Business Partner experience in high-growth settings.
• Knowledge of employee cycle management and compliance.
• Experience with HR systems and tools.
• Ability to create impactful people programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Adaptable and resilient in ambiguity.
