Requirements

• 10+ years in People/HR, including 6+ years as a People Business Partner.
• Experience leading and managing HR or People Business Partners.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders.
• Deep knowledge of org design and performance management.
• Outstanding relationship-building and coaching skills.
• Strong understanding of U.S. employment law.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in pre-IPO tech startups preferred.
