In Short

  • Responsible for qualifying leads, initiating customer connections, and booking demos.
  • Identify and research potential Global General Contractors as target accounts.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to initiate contact with key decision-makers.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the needs and pain points of potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within Global General Contractors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and adjust lead generation strategies.
  • Proficient with tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.io.
  • Encouraged to apply even if not meeting every qualification.

Requirements

  • 1+ year(s) experience as a Business Development Representative.
  • Clear track record of achieving a high volume of outbound activity levels.
  • Proficient with modern outreach and social selling best practices.
