• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a Life Sciences organization preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• High level of business acumen.
• Strong data analysis skills.
