Overview

The Clinical Outsourcing Manager at BridgeBio will oversee contracting responsibilities across the portfolio, focusing on back-end systems and processes, including Purchase Orders. This role is essential for tracking and reporting contract status and execution across all affiliates and programs.

• Manage department-level projects for Clinical Outsourcing.
• Maintain relationships with Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Clinical Operations.
• Facilitate back-end contract processes and manage Purchase Orders.
• Prepare documentation for internal meetings and business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Outsourcing Sharepoint site.
• Consolidate vendor governance KPIs for reporting.
• Create and maintain a Vendor Contact List.
• Support contract and financial approvals with clinical vendors.
• Assist in creating Outsourcing templates and tools.
• Liaise with internal functions for information and reports.

Requirements

• B.S. or B.A. or equivalent degree.
• Minimum 3 years in biotech/pharma/clinical research.
• Understanding of contracts processes and Purchase Orders.
• This role is hybrid based in the San Francisco office.
