Overview

The Manager/Sr. Manager of Clinical Outsourcing leads vendor outsourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supports vendor relationship management for assigned vendor categories and functions across specified BridgeBio affiliates within BridgeBio’s clinical development portfolio.

Requirements

• BS or BA or equivalent degree.
• 5 years in biotech/pharma/clinical research industry.
• 3 years of clinical operations or outsourcing experience.
• Understanding of clinical research outsourcing best practices.
• Experience in analyzing service provider proposals.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence multi-functional teams.
• Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Well-organized and self-directed.
