Commissions Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Commissions Analyst at Brex, you’ll play a key role in supporting our rapidly growing go-to-market organization, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and transparency of our compensation processes.

In Short

• Own monthly commissions calculations and processing across our GTM org.
• Partner with Sales Finance and RevOps to interpret comp plans.
• Manage and scale our CaptivateIQ instance.
• Build dashboards and tools to improve visibility into attainment.
• Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to field questions and resolve disputes.
• Identify and drive opportunities to automate the commissions process.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in finance, sales operations, or commissions-related roles.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with commissions platforms (e.g. CaptivateIQ, Xactly).
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
• Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple deadlines.
