Overview

Brevo is seeking a high energy & team-oriented Office & Happiness Manager Apprentice to create a great workplace environment in our Paris office, while supporting various administrative and operational tasks.

In Short

  • Provide administrative support and manage vendor quotations and invoices.
  • Liaise with vendors and assist with contract negotiations.
  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized workspace.
  • Manage reception tasks and onboarding processes for new joiners.
  • Assist with facilities management and day-to-day office activities.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.

Requirements

  • Fluent in French & English.
  • Experience in a similar role in an international environment is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Creative and proactive mindset toward employee experience.
  • Strong team player with problem-solving abilities.
