As a Sales Development Representative at Breakthrough Academy, you will engage with entrepreneurs in the contracting industry, generating new sales opportunities through effective outreach and relationship building.

In Short

Engage with entrepreneurs through cold outreach.
Build rapport and generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
Make 80-100 outbound calls daily.
Maintain and organize data in Zoho CRM.
Collaborate with the sales team on outreach strategies.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.
Participate in coaching sessions to improve performance.
Thrive in a metrics-driven environment.

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
Experience with CRM software, preferably Zoho.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of meeting performance targets.
Comfortable working in a competitive environment.
