In Short

• The resource will be responsible for providing software configuration and customization.
• Responsibilities include screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, and custom scripting.
• The role will work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities.
• May be responsible for UI, Workflow and Application development activities.
• Facilitating rollouts of new applications, enhancements, and new modules.
• Implementing ServiceNow customizations including Client Scripts, UI policies, and Business Rules.
• 3-5+ years experience in ServiceNow development is required.
• Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML or HTML 5.
• Generating detailed documentation is necessary.
• US Citizenship is required.

Requirements

• ITIL Foundations Certification is preferred.
• ServiceNow Application Developer Certification is preferred.
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification is preferred.
