Overview

The Designated Support Engineer plays a critical role in the Trellix Customer Success organization, providing advanced technical expertise and customer interaction skills to support business-critical customers.

In Short

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical support issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Orchestrate assistance from various Trellix teams.
  • Provide proactive guidance and encourage product adoption.
  • Manage internal and customer communications related to service requests.
  • Conduct regular reviews of industry threat assessments.
  • Mentor members of the Technical Support team.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of security related to network and endpoint protection.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Support or similar role.
  • Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience with Trellix products is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
