Overview

The Support Specialist Radiotherapy is responsible for providing after-sales service for radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems, ensuring customer satisfaction through technical support and maintenance.

In Short

• Provide after-sales service for radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems.
• Communicate efficiently with clients to address technical issues.
• Install systems for customers in the Rhein-Ruhr region and EMEA.
• Troubleshoot complex software solutions in hospital environments.
• Conduct routine calibrations and preventive maintenance services.
• Train customers on Brainlab products.
• Ensure full service satisfaction for clients.
• Work remotely with residence in the Greater Rhine-Ruhr area.

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical/Biomedical Engineering or Medical Physics.
• Excellent knowledge in informatics and IT infrastructure.
• Experience in service/maintenance of robotics or x-ray equipment.
• Strong social, teamwork, and self-management skills.
• Good communication skills in English; Swedish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
