Overview

The IT Project Consultant at Brainlab will act as an expert for hospital IT Network implementation of Brainlab products, ensuring successful project management and customer consulting.

In Short

• Act as expert for hospital IT Network implementation of Brainlab products
• Develop site-specific configuration and documentation for customers
• Support primary contact person in Customer Consulting projects
• Establish reliable project timelines in coordination with project teams
• Drive sales phase regarding the Digital O.R. product line
• Technical review of contracts & RFP documents
• Maintain project documentation, schedules & status reporting
• Business partner relationship management
• Continuously improve expertise in hospital IT standards
• Prepare feasible handover to production and installation teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical or Computer Science
• 4 years’ experience in Healthcare IT
• Extensive knowledge of computer networking systems
• Experience with Cybersecurity, Amazon AWS, and Wireshark
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Project Management Mindset
• Ability to travel up to 10%
