Overview

The Support Specialist in Radiotherapy will provide customer service for Brainlab's radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems, ensuring effective communication and technical support for clients.

In Short

  • Provide customer service for radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems including diagnostics, service, maintenance, and network integrations.
  • Act as the technical face of Brainlab for clients, understanding and responding to issues effectively.
  • Install systems for clients in the Rhein-Ruhr area and occasionally in the EMEA region.
  • Troubleshoot complex software solutions in hospital environments remotely or on-site.
  • Conduct routine calibrations and preventive maintenance to familiarize clients with Brainlab products.
  • Remote work based in the Rhein-Ruhr area (e.g., Düsseldorf, Essen, Dortmund).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Medical Physics.
  • Excellent IT skills with experience diagnosing IT infrastructure and network issues.
  • Experience in servicing/maintenance of robots, X-ray devices, and/or IT.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and self-management abilities.
  • Very good communication skills in English and German.
  • Willing to travel up to 80% of the time but also able to work efficiently from home.
