Overview

As our Regional Sales Manager, reporting to the Sales - Mineral Processing, Canada, you will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and the continued development of Bradken’s mining products within your region. You’ll enhance sales processes and client relations by visiting mine sites and fostering strong customer engagement.

  • Support product innovation by collaborating with the Product Development team.
  • Manage contracts and develop new business opportunities.
  • Utilize Salesforce for sales forecasting and reporting.
  • Build and execute customer engagement plans.
  • Conduct regular mine site visits for relationship building.
  • Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and debtor accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams for insights and feedback.
  • Maintain key accounts to uphold market leadership.

Requirements

  • University or technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining, Business, or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales within mining or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven experience managing contracts and negotiating deals.
  • Strong understanding of mining applications and market trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Bilingual in French and English is required.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office is highly desirable.
