The Sales Coordinator (Deal Registration) is a vital part of boxxe’s commercial team, responsible for capturing eligible opportunities, maximising margins, protecting deals, and meeting SLAs.

In Short

  • Qualify, submit, and manage deal registrations on vendor portals.
  • Process high volumes of information via email, ERP, and CRM systems.
  • Record and track deal registration progress and applicable rebates.
  • Manage deal registration statuses, including extensions and expiry notifications.
  • Justify valid business cases for deal registration.
  • Prioritise customer experience for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update supplier and deal registration documentation.
  • Engage with sales teams to ensure smooth processes.
  • Maximise deal registrations and value creation.
  • Deliver against performance metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales admin or commercial roles within the Technology industry.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Understanding of partner accreditation and deal registration programmes.
  • Experience implementing partner deal registration and rebate management tools.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of a business.
  • Comfortable working in a high-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a drive to succeed.
