Overview

As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect (Hybrid Infrastructure), you will blend technical expertise with commercial awareness to design and present modern hybrid infrastructure solutions for boxxe’s customers.

In Short

• Deliver high-quality technical pre-sales on Hybrid Infrastructure.
• Attend customer meetings to gather business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Professional Services team and third-party partners.
• Build and nurture technical relationships with customers.
• Create and deliver technical presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Develop solution proposals within agreed timelines.
• Deliver Proofs of Concept demonstrating technology benefits.
• Work with delivery consultants for accurate scoping of services.
• Contribute to the creation of new service offerings.
• Support the tender team with timely responses.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a pre-sales capacity.
• Strong understanding of the UK Managed Services market.
• Proven experience with Hybrid Infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with migrations between cloud and hybrid environments.
• Dedication to staying abreast of technology changes.
• Broad understanding of core technology solutions.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Proposal writing experience.
• Project delivery experience.
• Willingness to occasionally travel throughout the UK.
