Overview

Bounteous is seeking an Adobe Target Practitioner to develop digital solutions and deliver transformational brand experiences by collaborating with design, analytics, strategy, and development teams.

In Short

• Work with Adobe Target to create and monitor A/B and multivariate tests.
• Develop testing hypotheses based on data and user research.
• Ensure integration of Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics.
• Troubleshoot issues related to testing and data capture.
• Analyze test performance and present actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing, UX, and development teams.
• Contribute to experimentation roadmaps and personalization strategies.
• Document processes and educate teams on best practices.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Adobe Target in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of web experimentation methodologies.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with data layers and tag management systems.
• Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
