Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with SaaS and eCommerce platforms.
• Ability to lead teams in a remote environment.
• Proven track record of empowering managers and teams.
• Experience in setting strategy and executing on product roadmaps.
• Self-driven to achieve high-quality outcomes.
• Experience building scalable organizations.
• Strong communication skills across multiple audiences.
• Ability to make informed decisions considering trade-offs.
