In Short

  • Support the first line of contact for customers reaching out for assistance.
  • Contribute to team efficiency and customer experience.
  • Own complex T1 tickets and escalations.
  • Assist customers via multiple contact channels.
  • Identify incidents and follow incident response protocol.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners.
  • Provide mentorship and support to T1 Managers.
  • Demonstrate agility and good judgment under pressure.
  • Surface trends and upsell opportunities.
  • Work Monday to Friday with on-call incident coverage.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years technical support experience in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment.
  • Experience supporting a complex technical platform.
  • High emotional intelligence and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
