Overview

We are looking for goal-oriented team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Regional Growth Partners (Business Development Managers) are responsible for growing market share with Real Estate Agents, Property Managers, HOAs and Inspection Partners within a defined region.

In Short

  • Drive revenue growth by expanding relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities.
  • Conduct face-to-face presentations and meetings to gather and document partner needs.
  • Network and conduct business with C-suite executives.
  • Build and prioritize target prospects lists.
  • Manage existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities.
  • Develop proposals and presentations to nurture business opportunities.
  • Participate in internal sales calls and report on activities.
  • Research organizations to identify potential clients.
  • Attend local events and maintain CRM for sales analytics.
  • Extensive overnight travel required, approximately 50%.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of sales experience in real estate or related field.
  • High energy, hunter sales mentality.
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Desire for ownership and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Track record of high achievement in sales.
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership.
  • General knowledge or interest in real estate.
  • CRM skills and knowledge of tools like Salesforce.
