Overview

The Bosch Service Solutions Magdeburg GmbH is looking for a Systems Specialist to provide remote support for fire and intrusion alarm systems, assisting customers and service technicians with technical issues.

• Provide telephone and data technical support for customers and service technicians.
• Analyze faults in alarm systems including fire and intrusion alarms.
• Advise on the use of hardware and operating software.
• Support technicians with telephone assistance during commissioning and troubleshooting on-site.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a communications or system electronics technician or similar.
• Experience in the technical field of alarm systems is advantageous.
• Extensive knowledge of security technology and relevant regulations (VDE/VdS) is a plus.
• Fluency in German (C2) and good English skills are desired.
• Willingness for further training and possibly accompanying field assignments.
