Overview

This internship position is designed to support the sales team in managing and administering commercial processes.

In Short

• Provide support to the sales team.
• Handle requests for offers.
• Create quotations.
• Review client portals.
• Create clients in SAP.
• Manage Workon entries.
• Set dates in SAP for forecasting.
• Request documents for homologations.
• Review strategic stock with the warehouse.

Requirements

• Student in the 7th or 8th cycle of Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Desirable knowledge in SAP B1.
• Advanced knowledge in Power BI and Excel.
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office.
• Desirable experience in administrative areas.
• Ability to learn and adapt.
• Proactive mindset with initiative and autonomy.
