Overview

The Sales Engineer position focuses on developing and growing strategic customers in the Automation and Electrification sector, requiring a proactive approach to expand market presence.

In Short

  • Develop and grow strategic customer relationships.

  • Review customer applications and propose solutions.

  • Travel up to 50% within the western US.
  • Engage in special assignments as needed.

Requirements

  • Technical or Engineering degree (BSME/BSEE preferred).
  • 5 years of sales experience in regional OEM sales or key market segments.
  • Knowledge of Automation and Electrification products.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Clear understanding of sales processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Capable of conducting technical presentations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
